Components supporting the garage door's weight should be inspected to keep it in good working order. Both cables and springs should be checked and lubricated regularly. Our technicians do all of these things during maintenance work. If we find we need a spare cable or spring, we will do so immediately because we will always carry the spare parts we need.

We'll perform a closer look at the entire mechanism, from the outer panel to a minor patch. We will treat worn-out parts properly. Besides, we also lubricate steel rollers and pivots to improve efficiency and reduce friction. For safety and preventing door problems, our checklist includes:
